• It's best to save your recorded transcript as a plain text file on your local computer. Do NOT include any formatting, like bold or underline.
• You may correct any obvious typos, or make discretionary edits.
• Add a “slug” to the top of the page. This gives useful information to the AI bot.

3. Using your AI app, upload your transcript text file, typically by dragging it to the chat input field.
4. Paste the generated prompt into the AI chat input field. You can make edits before submission.
